Without a doubt, something that many of us in Guadalajara suffer from is having to drive during rush hour and then face the traffic chaos of the roundabouts. That’s why we’re telling you about some of the worst roundabouts to drive in Guadalajara.
Of course, many are considered iconic emblems of the city, such as La Minerva and the Arcos del Milenio, but at times, navigating them becomes a mission that requires precision and extreme patience.
Check out the list!
Minerva

When we talk about La Minerva, we are referring to one of the largest and most iconic roundabouts in all of Guadalajara. With up to five lanes, you have to calculate your exits carefully here, as you could end up stuck for quite a while.
One of the most feared by novice drivers and even some experienced ones!
Niños Héroes

Another roundabout that becomes difficult during rush hour is Niños Héroes. If you are not used to its high traffic flow, it can be difficult to get out of it on the first try.
Glorieta de la Estampida

Compared to the first two, this roundabout may be a little easier to navigate. Thanks to its road signs, entering it is not so chaotic… unless you want to enter López Mateos Norte.
Mariano Otero and López Mateos

On the other hand, this roundabout has a slightly “common” shape compared to the others. Here, the difficulty lies in knowing exactly where you have to go, since a wrong choice can take you in a different direction.
Arcos del Milenio

Finally, another of the worst roundabouts to drive in Guadalajara is Arcos del Milenio. Although it is a roundabout with another of the city’s most iconic landmarks, if you have to drive through it during rush hour, you will have to concentrate on dealing with other drivers and finding your exit.
