It also stands out for combining art, culture, and mixology in a creative space, with simple yet expertly crafted drinks and a unique identity.
For its part, El Gallo Altanero remains on the list of best bars and reaffirms its place as a true temple of agave in Guadalajara.
Notable features include their focus on tequilas from small independent producers and the educational experience offered by their bartenders.
