September is one of those months when you just feel like celebrating all things Mexican, and if you’re looking for a little getaway to Tequila, we recommend taking the train.
Aboard the Tequila Express, you can enjoy the agave-filled landscapeand enhance your experience with tours, food, drinks, and even shows.
What’s the trip like from Guadalajara to Tequila on the Tequila Express?
If you don’t want to worry about anything other than having a great time, then we recommend choosing the second option: the full experience.
You can leave your car at the Guadalajara Chamber of Commerce, and from there they’ll take you to the train station. Once on board, you’ll enjoy the incredible scenery with tequila-based cocktails and canapés.
When you arrive, you’ll be greeted with a welcome shot, and then you’ll take a tour of the agave fields and the distillery to learn more about how this spirit is made.
After the ride, you’ll enjoy a delicious meal (with appetizers, grilled meats, dessert, and drinks) and a show, followed by a guided tour of the “magical town.”
