Hundreds of people will once again take to the city streets during the World Naked Bike Ride Guadalajara 2026. A peaceful demonstration that this year will mark 15 rides and 16 years of collective history in the city.
More than just a bike ride, it is an international movement that seeks to raise awareness about respect for cyclists, road violence, and the vulnerability of those who travel by bicycle.
Going naked serves as a metaphor for the exposure and fragility that many people face daily when traveling on two wheels through the city.
“Come ride in defense of the planet, your body, life, and the bike. Cover up whatever you want, uncover whatever you can!” the organizers shared on social media.
