The 2026 World Diving Cup, scheduled for March 5-8 in Zapopan, has been officially canceled.
The decision was announced by World Aquatics after a joint assessment with national and state sports authorities, which determined that there are no adequate security conditions for the event to take place.
The organization explained that the measure was taken after analyzing the public safety situation in Jalisco, prioritizing the protection of athletes, delegations, and attendees.
Changes to the international calendar

With the cancellation, the Zapopan stage will no longer award qualifying points.
Qualification for the Super Final will now be based on the results of the stage held in Montreal.
The circuit’s Super Final will take place from May 1 to 3 in Beijing.
