Located inside Casa Umma, this concept combines a specialty coffee shop with a playroom designed so that children can play safely while adults enjoy a moment of calm or catch up on work.
A café designed for moms, dads, and remote workers
At The Sip, you’ll find specialty coffee, date-sweetened smoothies that you can customize with protein or adaptogenic mushrooms, as well as pastries and healthy snacks to enjoy right there or take to go.
The space features comfortable tables and a peaceful atmosphere, ideal for answering emails, holding a meeting, or simply enjoying a coffee while your kids have fun.
A play area for playing, exploring, and learning
What makes this place special is Townsito, a playroom with different play areas for little ones to explore and have fun.
If your child is three years old or older, they can stay and play while you supervise them from the café area. If they’re under three, an adult must stay with them inside the play area.
Plus, if you need to step out, there’s the Drop & Go option, where Townsito’s staff takes care of the kids.
How much does the play area cost?
There are different options depending on how much time you need:
- Quick Play: 1 hour in the playroom for $180.
- Slow Play: unlimited access all day for $340.
- Drop & Go: Childcare provided by teachers for children over three years old while you step out to run errands for $400.
- Baby Town: a space for babies ages 0 to 1 with early stimulation activities and a nurse on duty, from 9:00 a.m. to 11:30 a.m., for $200. Reservations are required via WhatsApp at least 12 hours in advance.

👶 Important:
Children ages 3 and up can stay and play while an adult remains at Casa Umma or opt for the Drop & Go service.
