The immersive dinner inspired by Kill Bill is divided into themed segments where the cocktails and dishes bring together visual and metaphorical elements from the film:
- “Hattori Hanzo”: gunkan maki and nigiri featuring horse mackerel, bluefin tuna, and whitefish.
- “Yakuza Gathering”: karaage with caviar and tempura crab with ponzu.
- “Crazy 88”: fresh and smoked tuna tostadas with intense and spicy flavors.
- “Crazy 88 Azul”: ceviche made with kombu-cured fish, spirulina, and blueberries.
- “O-Ren Ishii Fight”: citrus white truffle with grapefruit and chocolate.
