As part of its The Taste of Movies series, this event will combine visual projections, music, dishes, and cocktails inspired by scenes from this iconic film.

The immersive dinner inspired by Kill Bill is divided into themed segments where the cocktails and dishes bring together visual and metaphorical elements from the film:
- “Hattori Hanzo”: gunkan maki and nigiri featuring horse mackerel, bluefin tuna, and whitefish.
- “Yakuza Gathering”: karaage with caviar and tempura crab with ponzu.
- “Crazy 88”: fresh and smoked tuna tostadas with intense and spicy flavors.
- “Crazy 88 Azul”: ceviche made with kombu-cured fish, spirulina, and blueberries.
- “O-Ren Ishii Fight”: citrus white truffle with grapefruit and chocolate.
