Our city will once again welcome some of the world’s best female tennis players for a new edition of the Guadalajara Open 2026, one of the most important WTA 500 tournaments on the calendar and the only one of its kind in Latin America.
From September 13 to 19, 2026, the Pan American Tennis Center in Zapopan will host a week filled with high-level matches, featuring stars of the women’s tour and a new initiative that will combine sports and live music.
Three players have already confirmed their participation

The organizers have already confirmed the first top players who will take part in the tournament:
- Iva Jovic, defending champion of the Guadalajara Open and currently ranked No. 16 in the world.
- Camila Osorio, currently the top Latin American tennis player and three-time champion of the Bogotá Open.
- Anna Kalinskaya, currently ranked No. 20 in the WTA rankings and one of the most competitive players on the tour.
The tournament will feature a prize purse exceeding $1.2 million, as well as a draw of 28 players in singles and 16 pairs in doubles.
