Save the date: Saturday, April 25, 2026 , as the 12th edition of the festival—which brings together more than 60 Mexican wineries—will arrive at Jardín Parque Ávila Camacho with an unmissable wine celebration.

A delight for the palate
If, in addition to enjoying a good wine, you’re looking for a unique experience with culinary offerings, here are the two highlights of this year’s edition:
Jalisco Pairing – ” The Legacy of Corn and the Wine Revival in the Lands of Jalisco”
A 3- to 4-course tasting with pairings by chef Jonathan Dávalos, inspired by the cornfields that grow in the state—a special offering from his restaurant Decenizas. The pairings will be curated by Altos Norte Vinícola, a winery that captures the essence of the Altos de Jalisco region, and sommelier Sam Cepeda.
Tickets cost $715 and will be available from 3:00 p.m. to 4:00 p.m.
Northern Pairing – “Baja Gold: Flour tortillas and wine, a perfect match from Tijuana”
In this tasting led by Chef José Figueroa of La Carmelita, a Michelin-guide-recommended restaurant, the chef elevates the flour tortilla experience to new heights with Mexican wines from Baja: Mogor Badan and Dominio de las Abejas. Additionally, sommelier Claudia Herrera y Cairo will be present during this unforgettable tasting.
Tickets will cost $715 and will be available from 4:00 p.m. to 5:00 p.m.
