Due to the situation in the state, the Jalisco Ministry of Education announced in its most recent statement that classes will resume on Wednesday, February 25.
All with the aim of assessing and gradually returning to normality in Guadalajara and the rest of the state.
What will happen to schools and face-to-face classes?
In order to preserve the safety of students, teachers, and staff at all schools and universities, all in-person activities within educational institutions have been paused to avoid unnecessary exposure to situations of violence.
However, the Jalisco government, through the Ministry of Education (SEJ), announced that starting Wednesday, February 25, in-person classes will resume in public and private elementary, middle, and high schools, as well as teacher training colleges.
