How does it work? The course takes place at the Soy Parrillero facilities in Guadalajara, located in Ciudad del Sol, and lasts around four hours.
You will cook in a beautiful courtyard with tables for up to eight people. You will prepare the recipes step by step with the guidance of a master barbecue chef.
He will explain the theory and accompany you through the practical part at each stage. You don’t need to bring anything, everything is included.
People aged 13 and over may attend accompanied by an adult, considering that the course involves handling lit charcoal and knives.
