This cultural event is a must-see in June: you’ll be able to see a performance of the ballet Giselle with live music by the Jalisco Philharmonic Orchestra.
Under the direction of José Luis Castillo, this production will have two performances, on June 25 and 28, at the Conjunto Santander de Artes Escénicas.
The orchestra will be accompanied by the UNAM Choreographic Workshop, with Irina Marcano directing the production.
Giselle Ballet with live music by the Jalisco Philharmonic Orchestra

Composed by the French composer Adolphe Adam, Giselle premiered in 1841 and is considered one of the most important works in the classical repertoire.
It tells the story of a young woman who dies of grief after being betrayed in love and returns as a spirit.
