If you enjoy discovering new drinks and learning how they’re made, the Guadalajara Vermouth Festival returns this November with a second edition dedicated to this European-origin drink, which is also gaining traction among Mexican producers.

What will the 2026 GDL Vermouth Festival feature?
During the festival, you’ll be able to discover different Mexican vermouth brands and sample their offerings directly at participating bars.
Producers will also lead guided tastings, during which they’ll share information about the ingredients, production process, and characteristics of each drink.
In addition, there will be a vermouth-making workshop for those who want to learn more about the process. During this activity, you’ll learn about the ingredients and have the opportunity to create your own blend.
The event will also feature music and food to accompany the tastings and as you explore the festival’s various bars.
How much do tickets cost for the GDL Vermouth Festival?
Tickets are available online and can also be purchased starting October 14 at Metódico Café, Lito Aperitivo, and Don Ajenjo Vermutería.
Tickets will be sold in two phases: from October 11 to 31 , they will cost 200 pesos, while from November 1 to 14, they will cost 350 pesos.
Admission includes a complimentary vermouth and a commemorative vermouth glass featuring the festival’s logo. You can use this glass as you visit the various participating bars.
If you’re interested in participating in the vermouth-making workshop, we recommend checking the registration details with the organizers, as it’s not specified whether there’s an additional cost for this activity.

If you enjoy discovering new drinks, meeting the people who make them, and trying different things, the 2026 Guadalajara Vermouth Festival could be a great way to spend November.
