Are you a fan of scary experiences? This will interest you: Guadalajara will have a new horror theme park during the Halloween season. The experience will be inspired by stories that are part of Mexican popular culture and that you’ve surely heard at some point.
This fall, “Leyendas de la Noche” arrives—an experience that aims to bring some of Mexico’s most iconic legends to life through immersive settings, characters, and performances.
Here, you’ll come face to face with La Planchada, uncover the mystery behind La Pascualita, delve into the story of El Charro Negro, and explore a version of La Isla de las Muñecas, among other tales.
The park will feature five themed houses, as well as live shows, characters, and a setting specially designed to transport you into each legend. The idea is not only for you to learn about these stories but to experience them firsthand.
And it won’t all be extreme horror: there will be different levels of fear, ranging from family-friendly experiences to more intense tours for those who want to test their nerves. Add this event to your list of things to do in October.
